I woke up today want to go shopping since it's a holiday. We weren't sure if stores would be open because it was still Chuseok. So we ended going hiking in the beautiful mountain of Mori in our neighborhood. I must be really out of shape because I was whining most of the way. Even the ajummas and ajusshis were beating us on the way up and down. But it was a really nice day for a hike and we saw a good view. There were several different courses but I made Ruby do the easiest one.

After the hike, I craved pork back soup. I've eaten it about 4 times now and I finally have the picture of it. It's the best soup in our neighborhood.

 After lunch, we did some grocery shopping at Top Mart and I made cream of mushroom chicken and mushroom fries for dinner. They don't sell Campbell's cream of mushroom here so I found a recipe and made my own condensed cream of mushroom. Ruby ordered a movie called "WANDERLUST" from her cable box. Pretty weird movie...but it has nudity. I gave it a C+.
